Development Programs
Since it's inception, our highly regarded Development Programs have resulted in a high proportion of Hornsby Heights FC players being selected into the Northern Tigers representative programs. Most importantly, players of all skill levels and abilities finished the season with a deeper enjoyment of the game of football as their confidence levels sky-rocketed from the professional football tuition on offer. Although development is offered to all players at HHFC, the four programs below are offered to players who want to take their football to the next level.

NSFA SAP League (U8-U11)
At HHFC we offer a range of development opportunities for our junior players. SAP League is the top division of NSFA community football in the U8-U11 age groups and players are selected for teams in Oct/Nov prior to the season start.
The HHFC SAP League program will run for a minimum of 28 weeks and train twice a week (with and optional 3rd session available). They will receive quality coaching through our development squad program delivered in partnership with Kano Football.
We understand that all children develop at different times. If your child doesn't make the SAP league team please don't let them be discouraged, they will have the opportunity to join our development squad and continue to receive quality coaching and football experiences.
Further information on this will be provided via email to unsuccessful players parents.

In 2023 Diamond League will run across the G12, G14, G16 and G18 age groups. With players selected for team in Oct/Nov prior to the season start.
Teams are open to all players turning 10 to 18 in 2023

HORNETS ASPIRATIONAL TEAMS (U8-U11)
HHFC has a goal to have a team in each Super League and Diamond League Age Group, we are achieving this in the Diamond League competition but falling short in the Super League competition. After years of building, the club has successfully been promoted in both the Women's and Men's Premier League Competition, to continue this momentum and ensure we have players coming through to support these two teams the committee has identified the need to begin this in the SAP competition. In season 2023 we will have a SAP and a Hornets Aspirational team, both teams will be part of the development program offered to the SAP teams at Hornsby Heights.
